- Mobile UX feedback — broken layouts, slow interactions, hard-to-tap elements
What we'll ignore
- SEO "backlink" outreach from agencies
- Affiliate / lead-gen partnership proposals
- Pitches asking us to add your bank as a "recommended lender"
- Bulk template outreach for product launches unrelated to lending
Response time
Maintenance is part-time. Most emails get a response within 2-5 business days. Bug reports about wrong calculations are prioritized.
What we cannot do
- Recommend a specific lender for your loan
- Give personal financial or tax advice
- Process loan applications or pre-approvals
- Access your loan account at any bank
